Castillo Caribe / Beck Residence

Featured on the HGTV show, "Million Dollar Rooms", the 5000 sf Great Room is the main feature of this 48,000 sf home that its on three side-by-side oceanside lots on Grand Cayman Island. The house features a Moroccan-inspired sports bar, a movie theater, 2 master suites amongst 8 bedrooms, his and hers Offices, a kid’s computer lounge, full spa and gym, custom kitchen for an in-house chef, and a grand dining room. Outside amenities include 250 feet of private beach, a full size Tennis/Pickleball Court, Bocce Court, and Pool with a slide and unexpected under house Grotto. The art program and accent illumination of such and other higher intensity lighting layers were taken full advantage of. Project was design and completed the pre-LED revolution so lamp life and energy savings, lowering maintenance, were handles with a whole house pre-programmed lighting control system with astronomic timeclock. Even generous budgets have to be respected and monitored and that was a theme through the construction period of time.
