Hines Development set out to create a first-class office experience in Dallas’ most energetic and authentic neighborhood, Deep Ellum. LLD took that inspiration and ran with it by highlighting the building’s base gritty brick façade. The ground floor lobby not only invites tenants into an edgy feeling, but also presents itself well after hours by passer byes going to their favorite restaurant or bar. While the general public might only see the Ground Floor Lobby, tenants will get to enjoy the Level 10 Amenity Level where the Common Lounge, Divisible Meeting Room and Fitness Center/Locker Rooms are. Liftable garage doors open up exterior wall to revealing the downtown view in the Lounge and Fitness Center spaces.
