Preston Rd. Residence

This project was truly a labor of love throughout the process. This great design team worked with a client that had good taste and vision to trust the team to do what they are best at. The 2 story and basement main house encompasses approximately 26,000 sf and a separate 1 story, along with a fully occupied basement level cabana building of about 4500 sf that properly balances the property size. The LLD scope of work encompasses all interior and exterior spaces of the project. A highly modern aesthetic led by Smitharc was the inspiration needed for LLD to weave our lighting design into each space. Constant team coordination with the design team and client allowed LLD the latitude to develop a new direct view line of 2,4000 feet of linear lighting that was implemented throughout the property.
